Council Chambers Systems

Governing bodies require a high level of audio visual systems integration to meet requirements of public access and record keeping. With our solutions, system operators benefit from automated meeting archival, request-to-speak queues, toastmaster timers, streaming services, etc.

Butte COunty Association of Governments

BCAG turned to Tri Path to design and install audio visual systems in their new board chambers. All room functions that contribute to efficient meetings are controlled by the Crestron control system including lighting, PTZ cameras, window shades, toastmaster (speaker) timer. The ADA compliant lectern includes a custom toastmaster light and flat panel display. See the testimonial on this system here

Oroville City Council Chambers

The City of Oroville originally engaged us in 2011. Their mission was to completely remodel their space and move from paper documentation of proceedings and presentations on a mobile projector/screen to a modern AV system. The move from no-tech required a system that was simple to operate while offering the features of a modern meeting space. Subsequent updates to the system include cameras were added to capture meetings, allowing them to eliminate the cost of live-camera operators, flat panel displays replaced short throw projectors. The main audio/visual infrastructure from the original install allowed for updates without major expense.
